SEO is an important part of Digital marketing. If digital marketing is a palace then SEO is the doorway of the palace.

SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” To increase organic traffic of any website, to expose one’s brand  by search engine results page is SEO.  It’s about understanding what people are searching for online(we called keywords) , the answers they are looking for, the words they’re using, and the type of content they wish to consume. If you know the answers of this Questions you can connect this people who are searching online for your offer.

We can divided SEO into two part

1.  white hat SEO
2. Black hat SEO

SEO that follows all the rules and regulations of search engines is called white hat SEO and the SEO in which the rules of search engine are not followed is called Black hat SEO. Black hat SEO can puts websites at tremendous risk of being penalized or de-indexed (removed from search results) and has ethical implications.
The giant search engine Google assists webmasters and SEOs through their Webmaster Central Help Forum and by hosting live office hour hangouts.

Google Webmaster Guidelines
Basic principles:
  • Make pages primarily for users, not search engines.
  • Don't deceive your users.
  • Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A good rule of thumb is whether you'd feel comfortable explaining what you've done to a website to a Google employee. Another useful test is to ask, "Does this help my users? Would I do this if search engines didn't exist?"
  • Think about what makes your website unique, valuable, or engaging.
Things to avoid:
  • Automatically generated content
  • Participating in link schemes
  • Creating pages with little or no original content (i.e. copied from somewhere else)
  • Cloaking — the practice of showing search engine crawlers different content than visitors.
  • Hidden text and links
  • Doorway pages — pages created to rank well for specific searches to funnel traffic to your website.
There are some Important part of SEO. To bring a website in the first page of search engine every of this part need to done very carefully. This parts are –
1. Keyword research (this is the most important part)
2. On page SEO
3. Off Page SEO 
4. Technical SEO
